Changing invoice

In case there was an error in your invoice, the invoice can be adjusted after contacting our support team. 

For example, if VAT was applied incorrectly, the invoice can be adjusted and the extra paid amount will be refunded back to your account. 

Note: an invoice can be adjusted only within the same calendar month when the purchase was made. If your request for correcting the invoice was filed the next month, we cannot change it since all invoices were already sent to the officials.
